Shipping Policy

TIYSHA delivers across all the major locations in India and across the globe. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.


Across India,

  • We offer Free shipping on all ORDERS ACROSS INDIA with a minimum order value 1500 INR 

For International,

  •  Free Shipping on all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  with minimum order value INR 39, 999 , else standard shipping charge is added as per your geographic location

  • We do not have a Return  Policy for international orders , pls get in touch with us for any queries , We would love to serve you in a better possible way 


       For international shipments, any custom or duty would be borne by the customer

  • VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.


  • Items are packed in only one box/package. 

  • Orders delivered to remote areas which are out of the regular delivery zone would reach with little delay. 

  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours without the exception of Indian public holidays

  • Upon purchase, an order confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email and also tracking no will be shared once the order has been dispatched that enables customer to track the package 

  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. So, please ensure given address is correct including the zip/pin code

  • We Shall not be liable for any delays caused by the Logistics

  • Once the Tracking no is shared , the organisations part in shipment ends,  Customer and the Logistics Company shall directly communicate in case of any information regarding the shipment. We at Tiysha will not be liable for any such concerns



  • We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public holidays.

  • All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 1-2 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order


  • Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days between Monday to Saturday. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 



  • Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.

  • If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.

Return & Exchange Policy

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Please note that all the products are handcrafted and a little variation in design / oxidizing is natural. Two units of the same design may differ slightly and will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering. Return not accepted if the customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices, we have charged is the best possible.

We don’t refund on any item that is sold. Instead, a credit note will be issued.  Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.




For orders delivered in India

  • In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, please send us a mail with proof of images within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. Please contact us with order id.

  • Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.

  • As per our policy we do not refund on any items that is sold, instead we are happy to provide you with an exchange of the items with order value or refund a credit note to your registered email id.

For orders delivered outside India

  • Please note that exchange will happen only when the customer travels to India as international pickup facilities are not available, we would love to serve you in a better possible way 

  • Return is not allowed for any reason

NO EXCHANGE / NO CREDIT NOTE will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
